Job Overview: As a Senior Cleaning Technician at the Jack Laurie Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. This includes training new staff on company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records of inventories and supplies, and communicating effectively with operations and field personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train new cleaning staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventories and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with operations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects and other tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in commercial or industrial cleaning, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards.
