Job Overview

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is on the lookout for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives in a hybrid remote setting. This role involves close collaboration with the Area Representative to enhance local marketing strategies and implement long-term promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and update the Area Representative's website and Google Business Profile.
  • Manage email marketing efforts, including database maintenance, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Administer all marketing tools and resources effectively.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns to assess return on investment (ROI).
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Execute marketing campaigns tactically.
  • Create engaging content for website blogs that resonates with and converts our target audience.
  • Utilize various software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage local listings and online reputation platforms for the Area Representative.
  • Facilitate creative design projects using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Coordinate print production and advertising efforts with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a communications role within a sales or marketing context may substitute for educational requirements.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
