Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Minerva Surgical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide technical product support and training to customers, as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction through timely purchase orders, sales planning, and expense reports.
  • Report customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Plan and conduct professional education programs, resident training, and other sales-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the home office team to ensure effective communication and sales reporting.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with a focus on medical or hospital sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel for work (approximately 20%).
