**Job Summary:**

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and maintain the bar area, including arranging liquor bottles, distributing cups, and preparing necessary tools.
  • Receive and fulfill drink orders from guests and wait staff, accurately ringing orders into the register system.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that drives sales and maintains cleanliness throughout the bar area.
  • Assist in the clean up and organization of the bar area after events, including breaking down stations, cleaning utensils, and consolidating cups and chargeable items.
  • Prepare and replenish garnish items, and order additional inventory as needed to ensure a sufficient supply.
  • Follow all State and Craft Culinary Concepts alcohol service rules, regulations, and policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid TEAM or TIP or Title 4 certification.
  • Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in possession for each event worked.
  • Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
  • Must be able to work with a group as well as independently.
  • Must have knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes and bar terminology.
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume bartending environment or another stadium/arena.

**Physical Demands:**

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach in confined spaces.
  • Ability to be stationary for long periods of time up to four (4) hours in length.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
