Job Overview

The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for evaluating historical financial data to forecast future outcomes and guide the organization in its financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial and business data.
  • Develop financial models based on analytical findings to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Create detailed financial reports and plans for executive leadership.
  • Assess industry trends and provide insights based on these evaluations.
  • Review capital investments and assess depreciation impacts.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or as a financial analyst, or a valid CPA certification with at least one year of applicable experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
  • Proficient in systems analysis methodologies and the principles of big data analysis.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
