Physician Empire is seeking an experienced Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Sacramento, California.

Job Summary

We are looking for a board-certified Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for adolescents and their families
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in adolescent psychiatry
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous base salary, you will also receive a monthly unit director stipend and the option for a negotiable sign-on/relocation bonus. Our flexible caseload allows you to choose from 14-20 patients per month, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
