Job Title: MAC Specialist I Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled MAC Specialist I to join our team at GreenState Credit Union. As a MAC Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service in an incoming and outgoing internet and telephone environment. Key Responsibilities: * Adhere to the Credit Union Service Standards in carrying out GreenState's mission and vision. * Demonstrate excellence, accuracy, integrity, teamwork, and respect for others in all work. * Ensure confidentiality of member information. * Support a diverse and inclusive work environment. * Promote and implement the values of the Member Assistance Center. * Assist members and potential members with telephone inquiries, resolve problems, and refer complex issues to supervisors. * Participate in community service organizations and credit union-sponsored events. * Meet or exceed established department goals in service level, sales points, productivity, and other goals. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of experience in a communication center and/or financial institution. * Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications. * Must be bondable. * Multi-tasking ability, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Thorough knowledge of deposit products and regulations. * Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
