The Data Services Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of AWF's database, providing a seamless donor experience for constituents. This position works closely with the Data Services Officer to review constituent and gift coding, ensuring adherence to organizational specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Hygiene: Ensure all Raiser's Edge code tables are clean and up-to-date.
  • Manage duplicate records in Raiser's Edge to prevent information loss.
  • Perform scheduled hygiene queries to confirm all records contain necessary information for segmentation and production of philanthropy mailings.
  • Document and update AWF Database Policies, Procedures, and Scoping Documents.
  • Update GDPR consent information on donor records based on communications through various channels.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Blackbaud Products: Raiser's Edge & Omatic Tools.
  • Experience in Salesforce.
  • Works well in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Efficient multi-tasker.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
