Colorist Assistant

As an Assistant Colorist at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting our team of Licensed Colorists. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing your skills and knowledge in hair color and beauty services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Licensed Colorists in providing seamless guest experiences, from arrival to departure.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to company standards.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in hair color and beauty services, including color theory and behind-the-chair application techniques.
- Drive Hair Color Bar revenue through increasing average service tickets and promoting additional services and products.
- Active cosmetology license in the state of employment.
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
