Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $19.62/hour.

The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists with the management of vehicle key inventory, which includes:

  • Tagging keys and incorporating them into inventory
  • Releasing keys
  • Updating key tags
  • Maintaining key log
  • Preparing for sales

Assists in overseeing temporary labor, which includes:

  • Checking temporary workers in and out
  • Maintaining time clock badges
  • Scheduling assignments

Engages with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.

Performs additional duties as required.


Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree in a related field
  • Experience in the automotive, logistics, or transportation sectors

Drug Testing:

To be employed in this role, candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we maintain a drug-free workplace, prohibiting the possession, use, or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property, and/or in company vehicles.
