About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, providing individualized support and interventions to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a 1:1 setting with children in clinics, homes, and schools.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least six months of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
