We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Renaissance at Hobble Creek Apartments. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, showcasing our community's amenities and features, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Showcase our community's amenities and features, highlighting the benefits of living at Renaissance at Hobble Creek Apartments.
  • Process rental applications, conduct move-in inspections, and ensure accurate and complete lease paperwork.
  • Coordinate with in-house maintenance staff to address resident requests and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including market surveys and resident communication.
  • Collaborate with the property manager and other team members to achieve sales and leasing goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
