Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supply Management: Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products to ensure a smooth member experience.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager, and follow our Lost and Found Policy to turn in lost member property.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Custodial Experience: Previous experience in custodial or maintenance roles is preferred.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: A strong commitment to punctuality and reliability is essential for this role.
  • Third Shift Availability: Ability to work third shift is a must.
  • Honesty and Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and honesty are essential for success in this role.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems independently and effectively.
  • Diplomacy: Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with members and colleagues.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Reaching and Lifting: Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms and occasional lifting over 80 pounds.
  • Climbing and Balancing: Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
  • Toxic Chemicals: Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
Compensation

$13.50 per hour
