Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at one of their residential communities in Raleigh, NC.

This role is responsible for ensuring the physical aspect of the community meets high standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting rental units to ensure they are ready for occupancy
  • Responding to tenant work order requests in a timely manner
  • Conducting daily building walks to identify and address any issues
  • Managing inventories of building supplies and equipment
  • Troubleshooting building equipment and performing repairs as needed

This is a fully onsite role, working a 7AM - 4PM shift Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility required.
