POSITION OVERVIEW

This engineering position can be filled at the Mid-level to Senior Staff Engineer level. Please refer to the qualifications outlined below for each level.

SALARY RANGE

  • Mid-Level: $88,000 - $108,000
  • Senior Level: $115,000 - $141,000
  • Senior Staff: $138,000+

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver advanced technical and engineering solutions to support nuclear plant operations.
  • Make informed technical decisions based on extensive knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
  • Manage and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs effectively.
  • Engage directly to identify and resolve equipment and system challenges.
  • Oversee engineering tasks assigned by management, applying relevant engineering principles.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work while adhering to standard design criteria and practices.
  • Conduct independent research and analyses to support technical projects and initiatives.
  • Propose innovative equipment and techniques to enhance performance, reduce costs, and comply with regulatory changes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mid-level Engineer: B.S. in Engineering with 2+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
  • Senior Engineer: B.S. in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer with 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Senior Staff Engineer: B.S. in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years of engineering experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional Engineer Registration.
  • Advanced technical degree or relevant coursework.
