Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Monitor and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance, including pipe repairs, drain cleaning, and faucet replacement.
  • Replace electrical fixtures, including breakers, ballasts, and switches.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of units, common areas, and grounds.
