Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes in Delaware County.
This is a full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct home visits to assess client needs and provide hands-on care, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor client progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Document all interactions, interventions, and evaluations in a timely and accurate manner.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
