Position Overview

Titan Security Group, a leading provider of security services in the region, is seeking dedicated Security Guards to join our team. Positions are available across various sites, with flexible shift options including daytime, evening, and overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during your shift, including providing assistance with directions and general inquiries.
  • Manage access control for guests, visitors, and vendors as necessary.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and perform regular patrols to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment.
  • Keep detailed and accurate logs regarding individuals and property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies on-site, documenting relevant information for management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Must be capable of fulfilling the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting over 50 lbs, conducting foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a security role is advantageous.
  • A driver's license is not mandatory, but having one with a clean driving record may allow for a wider range of assignments.
  • Being bilingual is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
