We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Pathlight Seniorcare - Birmingham, AL. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior clients by providing assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping activities
  • Remind clients of medication
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Assist with errands and shopping
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
  • First aid and CPR certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
