Job Summary

As an MRI Imaging Specialist at Providence, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging team. Under the direction of the Department Manager, you will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to perform magnetic resonance-based diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities according to department standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure accurate and high-quality images, while your excellent communication skills will provide a positive experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform MRI procedures according to department standards and protocols
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality images
* Provide exceptional patient care and communication
* Participate in quality control and organizational improvement activities

Requirements

* National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
* Coursework/Training: Graduate of a program in radiologic technology approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association
