Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at AdventHealth Waterman. As a Med Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Supervise and delegate care to other members of the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on health and wellness topics.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current Florida RN license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support certification.
  • Current AHA ACLS certification (required for certain units).
  • BSN or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
