Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Utility Lead at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks across our business units, including pick and pack orders, processing returns, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders on the cold chain lines, including closing out orders and stacking coolers at the end of the line.
  • Pick and pack orders using a handheld RF gun in 3PL, as well as other 3PL activities as needed.
  • Pre-packaging of pill sachets in the pharmacy, working on shipping stations within the pharmacy.
  • Producing sachets using pill machines in the pharmacy.
  • Learning how to operate the automated pack-out line in the pharmacy.
  • Processing returns in any of the business units.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment and reporting any unsafe issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Focusing on quality and accuracy as part of our company-wide goal: Quality First.
  • Displaying the company values of Caring, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, and Trust (CHART).
  • Maintaining a clean work environment in accordance with housekeeping SOPs and reporting any issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Participating in training, including on-the-job training, WMS navigation, safety, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training.
  • Working in various temperature ranges, including freezers and refrigerators, for required intervals not exceeding two hours per day.
  • Initiating picks using RF scanning, pick-to-light technologies, paper picks, or as noted in work instructions.
  • Pick and pack into cartons to prepare them for shipping.
  • Adding packing materials to prepare containers for final shipping.
  • Shipping packages using various steps within the designated system.
  • Operating equipment, including RF scanners, pick-to-light technologies, carton sealers, scales, postage machines, and computer stations.
  • Working in various areas of operations and distribution, including receiving, pick modules, kitting, shipping, returns, refrigerated space, DEA, and kitting, across all three business units.
  • Performing other assigned tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
  • High school education.
  • State-specific pharmacy technician license or commitment to complete the 'technician in training' requirements approved by the state-specific Board of Pharmacy within six months of hire date.
  • One year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • General knowledge of RF equipment.
  • General warehouse or distribution skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills (counting, adding, multiplying).
  • Basic computer skills.
