Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

At Knipper Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform incoming material and product inspections to ensure compliance with documented procedures and sampling plans.
  • Conduct line clearance activities to ensure that all necessary materials and products are present for a job, and that paperwork is reviewed and understood.
  • Perform random and scheduled inspections of print, assembly, and kitting activities to ensure compliance with documented procedures.
  • Document all inspection results and escalate nonconformances found during incoming inspections.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with educational opportunities and read standard operation procedures, Department Work Instructions, and Operations Work Instructions to maintain job knowledge.
  • Accomplish Knipper quality mission by adhering to all quality standards.
  • Report all concerns and questions to management.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or general education degree minimum.
  • Three months prior QA experience; experience in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge to include Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to use a calculator to perform basic math functions.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Charlestown, Indiana. The successful candidate must be available to work the hours of 8:00am- 4:30pm ET Monday-Friday.
