Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Expert will bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. This role requires techno-functional expertise to drive end-to-end processes from business requirement management to integration and configuration and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
  • Driving the end-to-end process from business requirement management to integration and configuration and production deployment
  • Providing techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations while building the entire system from scratch
  • Supporting the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation
  • Understanding the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system
  • Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing, and production
  • Implementing business processes, requirements, and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions
  • Writing code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology
  • Providing product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolving day-to-day queries/technical problems that may arise
  • Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency
  • Sinking between technical and functional requirements of the project and providing solutioning/advice to the client or internal teams accordingly
  • Supporting on-site manager with the necessary details regarding any change and off-site support
Skills and Competencies
  • Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade skills
  • Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen knowledge in functional/technical domain
  • Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet
Compensation and Benefits

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. The expected base pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $150,000. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options, as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
