NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking an Overnight Juvenile Justice Youth Counselor for our program in Peabody, MA.

This is a highly responsible position in the Juvenile Justice System, providing direct care to youth in a residential DYS program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling, life skills, and pre-vocational skills training.
  • Work with Administrators, licensed clinicians, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to support youth in their transition to the community.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal/Juvenile Justice preferred.
  • Experience working with teenagers or a similar population.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
