Overview

The Director of Food & Beverage is a key leadership position responsible for driving the success of our Food & Beverage Department. As a member of the Hotel Executive Committee, you will play a critical role in achieving marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control
  • Lead a team of front and back of the house food and beverage management, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs, driving business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
  • Exercise quality control, ensuring compliance with Department of Health regulations and brand standards

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience, with a proven track record in high-volume concepts
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in implementing new F&B concepts
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $135,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
