Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of maintenance staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt hotel operations.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service
  • 1-4 years previous maintenance experience preferred in a multi-unit environment such as hotels or other multi-unit facility
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
