About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Donaldson. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality finish of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and master the recognition of DCI products and parts.
  • Clean surfaces to be painted using a pressure wash/chemical system and prepare them properly for painting.
  • Gather parts by color and establish a smooth flow of product through the painting process.
  • Operate forklifts and cranes to move large/awkward items in/out of the department.
  • Apply paint using electrostatic spray paint application equipment.
  • Comply with all DCI 073 environmental policies and procedures.
  • Use designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Multitask and have a 'big picture' perspective.
  • Be quality conscious and pay attention to detail.
  • Operate electrostatic spray paint application equipment.
  • Make repairs to surfaces for recoating.
  • Move objects with heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes).
  • Perform a variety of tasks within the department at a steady pace.
  • Interact constructively and effectively with other employees.
  • Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
  • Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.
