Job Title: Painter

Donaldson is a leading technology and innovation company committed to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team and contribute to our mission of advancing filtration for a cleaner world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and master DCI product and parts recognition to ensure accurate and efficient painting processes.
  • Utilize pressure wash/chemical systems to clean surfaces and prepare them for painting.
  • Gather and organize parts by color to establish a smooth flow of product through the painting process.
  • Operate forklifts and cranes to move large/awkward items in/out of the department.
  • Apply paint to surfaces using electrostatic spray paint application equipment.
  • Comply with all DCI 073 environmental policies and procedures.
  • Use designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
Requirements:
  • Multitask and possess a 'big picture' perspective to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Be quality conscious and detail-oriented to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Operate electrostatic spray paint application equipment safely and effectively.
  • Make repairs to surfaces for recoating.
  • Move objects with heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes).
  • Perform a variety of tasks within the department at a steady pace.
  • Interact constructively and effectively with other employees.
  • Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
  • Reacts to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.
