Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing the operations of a cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU). The Plant Manager will manage all aspects of manufacturing, safety protocols, employee training, maintenance, and other essential functions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Are You the Right Fit?

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to be on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Occasional travel required – typically 1 to 6 trips per year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 4 to 10+ years of experience in the process industry, or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience in an Air Separation plant environment
