Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Records Management Clerk. This is a long-term assignment for a document management project, and we are looking for candidates who are analytical, familiar with retention schedules, and have previous experience in record/filing or records management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Excel to enter data into spreadsheets for storage and organization.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing and organizing images and medical documents.
  • Responsible for leaving or purging items, packing them in boxes, and updating records in Excel.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with retention schedules and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Corporate Governance is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Previous record/filing or records management experience is required.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and possess integrity, as candidates will have access to confidential information.
