We are seeking an exceptional Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate donors, foundations, and mid-level individual donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate and annual giving donors, working closely with the Executive Director.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and team to manage corporate sponsorships and annual giving donations.
  • Represent Forefront Living at corporate events and community events, showcasing our mission and values.
  • Devise innovative fundraising ideas that benefit both corporate entities and our organization.
  • Identify and nurture prospects, record actions in Raisers Edge, and follow up accordingly.
  • Manage a portfolio of 100-125 active donors and prospects, conducting up to 200 contacts annually.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience with proven success in building and sustaining relationships with constituents.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to demonstrate experience in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts donors.
  • Prior experience preparing and presenting project proposals to donors/prospects, promoting, facilitating, and closing large gifts.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
