Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team at Agrisolutions in Rock Island, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing physical assets and infrastructure, ensuring the primary production lines' operational processes meet and exceed requirements for safety, quality, reliability, cost, capability, and capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect and maintain physical assets and infrastructure to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Record activities, supplies, and necessary components to track maintenance and repair efforts.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to evaluate needs and project plans.
  • Train on and maintain robotic programming and robot operational PM on assembly lines.
  • Assist with new equipment installations for the line(s).
  • Assist set ups on robotic welding systems.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance/technician position.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of process-related standards.
  • Good verbal, written, and planning skills.
  • Ability to read prints and referenced specifications.
  • Mechanical and electrical trouble-shooting skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a factory environment and be exposed to dirt, grit, noise, and dust. Protective clothing and safety equipment are required while working in the plant facility.
