We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Belvedere Center in Chester, PA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

About the Role

As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care to patients, evaluating their conditions, and reporting changes to the healthcare team. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, and administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing, currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure, and have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. You must also maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
