We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Yours Truly Home Care & Nursing. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes.
Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to clients, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained at all times. This includes administering medications, executing physicians' orders, and maintaining infection control policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in their condition to the assigned RN manager
- Supervise and coordinate activities to ensure a high level of quality care is maintained
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to the RN manager
- Current LPN license and CPR certification
- At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Driver's license and social security card
