About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent injury and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks continuously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
