At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.
  • Perform highly diversified duties, including but not limited to: repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances; troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety and security systems; and HVAC systems.
  • Painting (interior and exterior) and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.).
  • Conduct all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols.
  • Support the overall objective of meeting the expectations of our clients, based on the respective operating capital budget and management agreement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
