We seek a skilled Stylist with experience in lash services who thrives in a client-focused setting. You should be capable of working autonomously while prioritizing the safe application of eyelash extensions. A friendly demeanor, strong motivation, and a sense of responsibility are essential traits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver a remarkable experience for each client through a warm and supportive approach
  • Inform clients about proper lash care and suggest premium aftercare products
  • Promote our exclusive products and membership options
  • Execute high-quality and consistent eyelash extension services
  • Attract new clients through our exceptional referral initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Lash Extension Specialty license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lash Stylist
  • Experience with hand-made volume fans is preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation; dedicated to client satisfaction
  • Dependable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Proactive in self-education and comfortable advising clients on products and services
  • Availability to work some weekends and evenings
