Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The Joe Bland Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Construction industry.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the proper lubrication and maintenance of all machinery and equipment on the job site. Your ability to work efficiently and effectively will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our equipment and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on all machinery and equipment on the job site, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, including parts used and labor hours
- Assist with the repair and replacement of equipment parts as needed, working closely with the team to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with heavy machinery and equipment, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of lubrication systems and procedures, including oil change and filter replacement
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
