Job Description

In this challenging role as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and improve facility infrastructure, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
  • Collaborate with production management to prioritize repairs and schedule maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Analyze department KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Experience with PLC, HMI, and E&I systems, as well as CMMS software like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance, and Prisma.
  • Familiarity with OSHA 14000, 18000, and TS audit standards.
