Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Aya Locums. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and education
  • Collaborate with our medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
