As a Table Games Floor Supervisor at Golden Nugget, you will be responsible for managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits while providing exceptional customer service to all guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Manage table games to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about all policies and procedures related to the table games being supervised.
- Monitor table game activity to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce security and safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Coordinate dealer scheduling and ensure that all table games are adequately staffed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be knowledgeable about table games and have experience in a supervisory role.
