Responsibilities
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to produce cookies that meet our quality standards.
  • Decorate and display finished products to ensure visual appeal.
  • Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls.
  • Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized.
Requirements
  • Punctual and excellent work ethic.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
