Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Links ABA Therapy. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral analysis services to students with autism and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
  • Create and monitor behavior plans to support student growth and development.
  • Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Clinical Director to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
