Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children and adolescents with ASD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for clients with ASD
  • Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior technicians
  • Conduct initial and annual assessments of clients and produce assessment reports
  • Develop individualized behavior and services plans (ISPs) to meet the full extent of services authorized
  • Provide monthly parent/caregiver training on relevant ABA topics
Requirements:
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field
  • Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations
  • Ability to work with diverse clients and populations with minimal supervision
