Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel and delivering direct care to residents. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
- Coordinate care delivery to meet the needs of residents, in accordance with professional standards and facility policies
- Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and training to nursing personnel on best practices and new procedures
- 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
