**Job Summary:**

As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Radiation Oncology department.

**Responsibilities:**

* Administer radiation therapy to patients, ensuring accurate dosing and treatment plans
* Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, including patient data and treatment outcomes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards and hospital policies
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest radiation therapy techniques and technologies

**Requirements:**

* Completion of a Radiation Therapy program
* Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
* ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
