**About the Role**
As a Medical Care Coordinator at PSG Global Solutions Careers, you will play a critical role in managing the healthcare needs of special needs children and their families. You will conduct health assessments, provide medical management and health education programs, and gather data for regulatory reports.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct health assessments and gather data for regulatory reports.
- Develop and implement effective care plans for complex or catastrophic cases.
- Represent the company to members and provide excellent customer service.
**Requirements:**
- 3 years of experience in wellness or managed care, with a focus on presenting clinical issues to members and physicians.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 2 years of clinical practice.
- Current driver's license, transportation, and insurance.
- PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database experience, and web-based applications.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
