Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our St. Augustine Premium store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking and folding merchandise.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a great customer experience by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.
  • Assist with product launch changes, restocking, and folding merchandise to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
  • Positively resolve customer service-related issues, communicate with Store Management, and escalate as necessary.
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.

Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent education.
  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements.

Critical Skills and Attributes
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically with customers, sales leadership team, and associates.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
