The PPD Laboratory Services team plays a crucial role in enhancing patient health through the expertise of scientists and industry leaders. As a premier organization in the scientific field, our laboratory professionals are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts a variety of routine sample preparation and analytical procedures to quantitatively assess pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds across diverse formulations and biological matrices. Engages in training on the operation, maintenance, and theoretical principles of analytical instruments, adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards. Communicates project updates effectively to project leaders. Maintains accurate laboratory records and documentation in compliance with SOPs and GLPs. Executes daily tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Reviews and interprets data for technical accuracy and compliance with established protocols, methods, and regulatory standards. Conducts self and peer reviews to ensure data integrity before submission to quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.

Experience:

Prior experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role (0 to 1 years of experience is comparable).

In certain instances, a combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be deemed sufficient to meet the role's requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

Familiarity with the operation, maintenance, and theoretical aspects of analytical instruments, along with knowledge of SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Understanding of applicable regulatory authorities, compendia, and ICH guidelines. Excellent manual dexterity and strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management and project management capabilities. Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate and cross-train with other laboratory teams.
